I then determined that as long as my profile pic did NOT resolve, no issue. In order to implement this workaround: Launch Outlook and wait for it to get stuck on the “Loading Profiles” screen. Press “Windows’ + “R’ to open the run prompt. Type in “cmd” and press “Shift” + “Ctrl” + “Enter” to provide administrative privileges. Type “cmd” into the Run dialog.
